Saturday, February 13th: Mardi Gras Potluck Supper
This year's Mardi Gras event, being held on Saturday, February 13, at 5:00 pm, is a New Orleans potluck supper for the All Souls community and also the kickoff to the Stewardship Campaign. Jambalaya (with chicken, sausage and shrimp) and vegetarian Gumbo will be provided, so please bring another main dish, a Cajun or Creole appetizer, side dish or dessert to share (Lynn Nichols can provide recipes if you're stumped). The Parish Hall will be decorated and Elizabeth Bonney will be setting up the photo booth. And we'll have Cajun, Zydeco and blues on CD and a dance floor. It'll be low key, fun and FREE evening (donation basket at the door). A terrific family event so come one, come all! Your guests are welcome, too!
